At 150 Eighth Street, the interior design is shaped by collaborative research with accessibility experts and direct input from blind and deaf communities. Consultations with local accessibility organizations, orientation and mobility specialists, and inclusive design researchers informed an environment that is both functional and emotionally resonant. Drawing from modular architecture and local street art, the design emphasizes a multi-sensory experience—where colour contrast, tactile materials, and spatial geometry support intuitive wayfinding.

Amenity areas, including a rooftop garden, are designed with clearly articulated zones that use varied textures, lighting cues, and acoustic treatments to foster both social engagement and sensory clarity. Within suites, a palette of soft neutrals is punctuated with bold, strategically placed colour accents, creating a warm, contemporary living experience that prioritizes both aesthetics and accessibility
