The Kingston dual branded hospitality project gives two distinct guest experiences within a unified architectural framework. Opening in 2020 the Candlewood Suites offers a residential, extended-stay environment with warm tones and functional layouts, while Holiday Inn Express presents a crisp, modern aesthetic focused on short-term comfort and efficiency. Shared amenities, including fitness and meeting spaces, were designed with a cohesive, neutral palette to serve both brands seamlessly. The design emphasizes brand differentiation, operational efficiency, and a welcoming atmosphere tailored to a diverse range of travelers.
